BUSINESS SYSTEM INTEGRATIONS / UK BUSINESSES

Keep the useful tools. Connect the missing steps.

Business system integration links information and actions across tools that would otherwise need manual copying or chasing. We assess your CRM, ERP, email, spreadsheets and reporting systems, then build the supported connections around a clear workflow.

A USEFUL REASON TO BUILD

Repeated entry creates repeated opportunities for mistakes.

When an enquiry becomes an order, a job changes status or an invoice needs review, someone often has to move the context into the next system. A good integration defines what should move, which record it belongs to and what happens if something fails.

01

CRM and operational handovers

Carry agreed customer and job information into the next workflow. Match records carefully and give exceptions to a named person.

02

Spreadsheet and reporting workflows

Replace suitable repeated imports, copying and report assembly with a controlled process. Keep definitions, sources and update times visible.

03

Email and document automation

Route suitable requests, prepare documents or create review tasks. Use a simple rule for predictable steps and consider AI where messages vary.

SEE THE IDEA IN PRACTICE

From customer email to an owned next step.

The interactive working-day examples show how an email, order and planning record could be connected before an assistant prepares a useful next action. The sources and responses are simulated so you can explore the idea without connecting your accounts.

START WITH ONE WORKFLOW

Make the first change useful.

Agree what success would look like before development: less repeated entry, a clearer handover or a customer getting the right information. Measure the result before extending the scope.

HOW WE APPROACH IT

A clear scope. A result you can review.

  1. 01

    Check access and feasibility

Review available APIs, licences, exports, permissions and update limits. Do not assume every platform supports the connection you want.

  2. 02

    Agree data and failure handling

Choose the source of truth, matching rules and checks against duplicates. Define monitoring, retries and the queue for uncertain or failed work.

  3. 03

    Pilot, measure and expand

Test with appropriate sample data, review exceptions and compare the effort and error rate with the original workflow before extending it.

Questions before you start.

Can you connect any software?

No connection should be promised before assessment. Supported APIs, permissions, licences, data formats and provider limits determine what is feasible. Sometimes an export or a simpler process is the practical route.

Do we need AI for automation?

Not always. Predictable steps often suit rules and integrations. An AI assistant may help interpret varied messages or documents, with agreed checks before consequential actions.

Will you need all our passwords?

We agree the access required for the project and use suitable named accounts or scoped integration credentials. Access should be limited to the systems and information needed, with a clear handover and revocation process.
