WHAT WE BUILD

From one useful tool
to a connected system.

A focused calculator, a better website, a connection between your tools or software for a specialist workflow. We start with the task you want to improve and agree the right size of build.

01 / SMALL TOOLS

Make one task
easier.

A quoting calculator, a focused report or a tool that replaces repeated spreadsheet work. A small, clearly scoped improvement can be the whole project.

Discuss a small tool
03 / WEBSITES

Make the next
enquiry clearer.

A new site or an improvement to your existing one, shaped around what your customers need to understand and do. Agree the content, enquiry journey and any required connections.

Discuss your website
04 / BESPOKE SOFTWARE

Build around
your workflow.

A business portal, a customer-facing tool or a standalone application. Bring the relevant people, records and next steps together around the way your team works.

Discuss a bespoke system

For a small team or a larger organisation, we can adapt suitable foundations, integrate existing tools or build bespoke features. We check fit, licences, platform support, access, data and running costs before agreeing the work.

THE PROBLEMS WE START WITH

Less friction.
A clearer day.

The useful change starts with where work gets stuck. We look at the task, your team and the tools you already use.

01 / REPEATED ADMIN

Too much copying.
Not enough doing.

Connect the handoffs between email, spreadsheets and business apps. Automate the predictable steps, with checks where they matter.

THE OPPORTUNITYLess duplicate entry and manual reporting.
02 / WORK BETWEEN TEAMS

A task waits.
No one knows who.

Give enquiries, jobs and invoice queries a visible owner and next step. Help the team see the related information together.

THE OPPORTUNITYClearer ownership and fewer chasers.
03 / FINDING THE ANSWER

The answer is there.
Somewhere.

Make customer context, reports and approved guidance easier to find. Add AI to summarise, prepare or route suitable work.

THE OPPORTUNITYUseful context for the next decision.

Start with one useful change. Build around it.

KEEP THE TOOLS THAT WORK

Bring the work
together.

We assess the connections your platforms support, then build the missing pieces around your team. This illustration shows how a portal and assistant could present related work in one place.

CONNECTED WORKING

The same tools. One connected view.

Keep the tools that work for you.An illustration, with sample information. We check supported connections, access and scope for your business.

Not every project needs a portal. Sometimes one small tool or a useful connection is the right answer.

The examples use fictional information and simulated connections. Your actual systems, permissions and requirements determine what can be connected.

THE COMPANY, WORKING TOGETHER

Your departments.
One connected company.

A company portal can bring your people, information and existing tools into one workspace. Each department gets the context it needs, with access suited to its role.

  • ERP
  • Email
  • Spreadsheets
  • BI & reporting

BUILT AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Your company portal

Access by role
Shared recordsCommunicationOwnership & next steps
  • Sales

Enquiries, customer context and the next response.

  • Marketing

Campaigns, lead sources and agreed handovers.

  • Operations

Workload, schedules and checks holding up work.

  • Quality

    Inspections, approvals and corrective actions.

  • Finance

Invoice balances, payment queries and finance controls.

  • Customer service

Customer history, open requests and agreed updates.

  • Leadership

Cross-team priorities, exceptions and agreed KPIs.

Illustrative structure. We agree the departments, supported connections and permissions your business needs.
01 / RELEVANT ACCESS

The right detail for each role.

Sales might view an invoice’s status while finance controls changes to its balance. Agree who can view, edit and approve, with sensitive records restricted to the relevant people.

02 / SHARED CONTEXT

Keep the conversation with the work.

Link messages, decisions and documents to the customer, order or task. Give a handover a named owner and next step, so the next team can pick up the context.

03 / MEANINGFUL KPIs

Know what the figures mean.

Agree each measure’s definition, source, owner and update time. Show missing or stale information, so the team knows what needs checking before making a decision.

What could useful KPIs look like?
Enquiry response time
Median working time from an enquiry arriving to its first human response, using matched CRM and email records.
On-time delivery
Delivered orders completed by their agreed customer date, as a share of delivered orders in the same period. Define exclusions and use the agreed order and delivery records.
Overdue balance
Issued invoices past their due date, less recorded payments and credits. Keep drafts separate and use the agreed accounting source.

These are examples to scope. Each view should identify the reporting period, last update and gaps in its source information.

STARTING WITH SPREADSHEETS?

Build the shared foundation.

Create clear records, simple forms and agreed workflows. Review existing spreadsheets and import suitable information into the new structure.

ALREADY USING BUSINESS SYSTEMS?

Connect what works.

Bring supported CRM, ERP, email and BI information into context. Check available APIs, licences, permissions and update options before agreeing each connection.

Start with one workflow. Connect the next step.

Prove a useful first change, then extend it where it helps. A focused tool or integration may be the whole solution.

AGREE THE BUILD BEFORE IT STARTS

A clear scope.
A practical handover.

We work with you to agree the problem, proposed solution and quote. Both delivery routes include ownership of the agreed bespoke code after full payment and three months of agreed support. Ongoing care is optional and separately scoped.
