When you contact us

We collect the business name, contact name, email address and project information you choose to provide. A website address, your current tools and your delivery preferences are optional. Please leave out passwords, access details and private information about your own customers or staff.

We use this information to respond to your request, understand a possible project and discuss next steps with you. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, we use your details for those steps. For other business enquiries, our purpose is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact our business. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where your enquiry goes

The website records your enquiry in our private incoming-enquiry queue. Our team can review it and reply using our business mailbox. Hosting and email providers process information as part of providing those services. The form does not send your text to an AI service, book a call or automatically create a software project.

Cookies and security checks

Essential session cookies keep the form secure and let the same browser view its receipt. We use daily, keyed hashes of network addresses to limit abusive submissions; we do not store the raw address in the enquiry record. Those daily counters are cleared after they fall outside the current and previous day when the form is next used. Server and hosting security logs may also record technical request information.

The example portals use fictional records. If you choose to import branding, we read a public website page and temporarily hold the suggested business name, colours and a safe logo for your review. This does not connect to your private business accounts. Branding sessions expire after 30 minutes. The time-savings calculator runs in your browser and does not send us your figures.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information while it is needed to handle your request and relevant follow-up, then review it for deletion. If you become a customer, the information needed for your project, agreement or financial records is handled separately. You can ask us about the information we hold or request deletion using the address above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access to your personal information, corrections or deletion, and ask us to restrict its use or object where applicable. If you have a concern, contact us first so we can investigate. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
